Shipping Policy

At GardenBiome we ship across India, and shipping is free on every order.

**Order processing**
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

**Delivery timelines**
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually delivered in 3–4 business days; other locations may take up to 7 business days. Remote or restricted-access PIN codes may require additional time.

**Shipping charges**
Shipping is free on all domestic orders within India. There are no hidden handling or packaging charges.

**Tracking**
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@gardenbiome.in.

**Serviceability**
We deliver to most PIN codes across India through our courier partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

**Delays**
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather events, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control. We will help you track and resolve any delayed shipment.

**Incorrect address**
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt may be re-shipped at the customer's cost.
