Cancellation and Refunds Policy

**Order cancellation**
You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by emailing info@gardenbiome.in with your order number. Cancellation requests received before dispatch are accepted and refunded in full.

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. You may instead refuse delivery or follow the returns process below.

**Returns**
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- unused and unopened, with the seal intact
- in its original packaging with all labels attached

To start a return, email info@gardenbiome.in with your order number and photographs of the product as received.

**Damaged, defective, or wrong items**
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or is not the product you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice.

**Non-returnable items**
Opened or partially used bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and product-integrity reasons, except where the product is defective.

**Refund processing**
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, or within 3 business days of approving a cancellation. Refunds are credited to the original payment method and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Where shipping was free and an order is returned for reasons other than damage or defect, actual return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
