Shipping Policy
We process and dispatch orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on your location within India. You will receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp once your order ships. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.
Returns & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified cases. As these are consumable plant-care liquids, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons, except where the product is defective or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. You will be notified by email once your refund is initiated.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Once shipped, an order can no longer be cancelled but may qualify for the return process above.
